The Zen Den Privacy Policy
Effective date: November 4, 2026 · Website: https://azendenlife.com
1 Who we are
The ZenDen, integrative health and longevity center (The Zen Den, we, us, or our) provides the services described on this website. This policy explains how we handle personal information connected with inquiries, communications, event updates, bookings, payments, and service administration.
Contact Suzi at sjzenden@gmail.com or 818-422-5320 with privacy questions or requests. Mailing address: 12115 Alder Grove St, Moorpark, CA 93021. Separate service consent materials or legally required health-information notices may also apply to particular records.
2 Information we collect and why
When you contact us, request an appointment, or subscribe to updates, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, message, service interests, preferred location, appointment details, and communication preferences. We use them to respond, arrange services, manage payments and consent records, and provide the updates you request.
We may keep emails, texts, social messages, and voicemails needed to handle your request. Call transcription is planned. A system may process audio to create a transcript even when an audio recording is not retained. Before transcription or any call recording begins, we will provide notice and obtain the required permission. You can ask to continue through another available contact method.
We plan to use AI on our website to assist with inquiries, and may later offer AI phone answering. When enabled, these tools may process messages, contact details, call content, transcripts, and appointment requests through AI and communication providers. We will identify AI interactions and explain relevant data handling before use. You can request human assistance from Suzi. Please do not provide medical records or payment-card details to a general AI assistant.
General forms and messages are not intended for medical histories, diagnoses, medication lists, identification documents, or emergencies. Ask Suzi how to provide information needed for a service. If sensitive information reaches a general inbox, we limit its use to handling the request and arranging an appropriate way to continue.
3 Website technology
Our website and its providers may process technical information such as page addresses, submission times, browser and device information, IP addresses, and session identifiers to deliver the website, process forms, protect systems, and investigate errors. Cookies or browser storage may support necessary website features.
We may add analytics, advertising pixels, or interest-based advertising in the future. These are planned possibilities, not a statement that these tools are currently active. They may process browsing activity, device or cookie identifiers, ad interactions, and related technical information to measure advertising or show relevant ads. Before enabling them, we will identify the actual providers, information, and purposes in this policy and provide the required notices and privacy choices.
Browser controls can limit cookies. Do Not Track does not by itself stop processing needed to operate requested features. Before future advertising tracking begins, we will implement the applicable consent and opt-out controls, including legally required Global Privacy Control handling. Advertising-related disclosures will reflect any activity legally treated as a sale or sharing of information; this policy does not give blanket permission for future tracking.
If you choose to load third-party content or follow an external link, its provider may receive connection information and use its own cookies or similar technology. Its privacy notice explains that processing. Browser controls can limit cookies, although some features may then work differently.
4 Who handles information
Suzi handles service communications and privacy requests. SimpleSequence supports the website and CRM on our behalf. HighLevel, also called GoHighLevel or LeadConnector, supports CRM and communications. Hosting, communication, and payment providers process information needed for their functions. Records may also remain in the original email, social, payment, or service systems.
Support providers receive information needed for their work on our behalf. Any future advertising-partner disclosures will be described before activation and subject to applicable choices. We may also disclose information as required by law or valid legal process, or where lawfully necessary to protect rights and address fraud or security incidents. These provisions do not override the mobile-information protections below.
5 Emails and text messages
We use your communication preferences to distinguish service messages from promotional updates. A general inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to promotional emails or texts. When promotional email is offered, you can unsubscribe using the option in the message or contact sjzenden@gmail.com.
When our text program is enabled and you opt in, we process your mobile number, messages, consent record, and preferences for that program. Service-message consent and promotional-message consent are separate choices. See our Website and Service Terms for the program details.
We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented, or shared with any third party for promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers only as necessary to deliver the messages you have requested.
When texting is active, reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. You can also contact sjzenden@gmail.com. Stopping promotional communications does not cancel an appointment or a payment obligation.
6 Your requests and choices
Contact Suzi to ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, or to discuss a privacy concern. We may verify your identity before acting. We aim to respond within 30 days, or sooner when required by applicable law. If a request needs more time or some records must be kept, we will explain the reason and any applicable limitations.
You can decline optional information or contact us directly instead of using a form. Information necessary to arrange a particular service may still be needed. Any additional privacy rights provided by applicable law remain available.
7 Retention and security
We review inactive inquiries, general chat records, and inquiry call transcripts after 24 months from the last meaningful contact and delete or anonymize them unless still needed for an active service, dispute, or legal obligation. Booking and financial records are generally kept for seven years after the transaction, or longer where required. Service and consent records follow the requirements of the service and applicable law.
Subscription records are kept while needed for the subscription. Limited opt-out and consent records may remain to honor preferences and document permission. Backups may remain until their normal replacement cycle; legal holds and required records may delay deletion.
We use reasonable safeguards, including limiting access to people who need it for their work and protecting account access. No electronic system is completely secure. Our providers may process information in the locations where they operate; we do not promise that every record stays in the United States.
8 Minors and changes
Minors may receive services with written parent or guardian permission and that person attending the session. A parent or guardian should arrange the service with Suzi. Children should not submit personal or sensitive information directly through general website forms. Contact Suzi if you believe a child's information was provided without appropriate permission.
We will post changes on this page with an updated effective date. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it before applying the relevant change.
